Returns/Exchange Policy

Note ALL return/exchanges will have a $5.99 fee

 

International orders are only eligible for returns at this time. EXCHANGES are not available for international orders. We do not provide labels for return shipments for international orders.

 

How to Start a Return/Exchange

Visit our returns center

  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable/exchangeable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of delivery
  • In unused and resellable condition, cannot be washed OR worn
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
  • Any items that are received without tags, washed or worn are not eligible for a return/exchange and will be sent back to your original address

What items are non-returnable/exchangeable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Mystery Boxes
  • Swimwear
  • Underwear
  • Items from a previous return/exchange order
  • Any FINAL sale items within the outlet section

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. This email will contain your RMA number as well as a shipping label. Keep an eye on your spam folder for that RMA as well. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Warranty

All Flag Nor Fail bags have a 1-year limited warranty on all bags. Please reach out to our customer support to file a claim. This does not cover normal wear and tear, only manufacturing defects.
