Cup Size

• Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
• Ensure the tape measure is level all the way around your body and is not too tight.
• Subtract your band size measurement from this bust measurement. The difference in inches will determine your cup size (e.g., 1” difference = A, 2” = B, 3” = C, 4” = D, 5” = DD).

Using these measurements, you can then refer to the table to find your corresponding sports bra size. For instance, if your band size is 32 and your cup size is B, you'd look under the "32" column and find the row for "B" to see your sports bra size.

Remember, a well-fitting sports bra should feel snug but not too tight, providing support without discomfort.
